I ordered from professionalsupplementcenter.com, something just felt off with the product I received. The bottle looked a little beat up, and the capsules had a weird smell that didn’t seem normal to me. Maybe it was just my order, but I didn’t feel comfortable taking them. For the price, I expected better quality. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Took longer than I thought"
I ordered some supplements and the shipping ended up taking way longer than I was expecting. I’m not sure if it was a warehouse thing or the carrier or what, but there weren’t many updates along the way either. The product itself was fine once it got here, but the delivery part definitely could be better...

"Checkout was easy overall"
Checkout went smoothly for me, no real issues there. I just wish PayPal had loaded a bit faster, it kind of took its sweet time, as usual.

"Updating my account was easy"
Updating my account info was simple enough, but the password reset took longer than it should have. A couple of the steps felt unnecessary, honestly. Support got it sorted after one email though, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end

"Discounts didn’t really add up"
I ordered from Professional Supplement Center because they had a promo showing, and I figured I’d be saving a decent amount. That was the main reason I went through with the order.
Once I got to checkout, though, the discount ended up being less than I expected, and one of the codes I had just wouldn’t work. There was something about it that felt unclear, like maybe certain brands were excluded, but it wasn’t really obvious upfront.

The shipping was fine and the product arrived without any issues, so that part was okay. I just thought the deals were a little misleading, and I’d probably only order again if the final discount is clearly shown before checkout.

"Poor packaging and a messy delivery"
My order showed up in a flimsy box. There was barely any padding. The bottles were rolling around inside, and one of the caps was cracked.

Powder had spilled all over the package. The label was sticky too. It looked like no one checked it before shipping it out.

I expected better for supplements. The actual products might be okay. But the packaging made the whole order feel careless

"Easy enough to get to, prices were fine"
I stopped in to pick up some pro supplements, and getting there was straightforward, which I appreciated. The prices were okay too, though nothing that made me especially excited. Overall, it did the job, so I can’t really complain too much.

"Pretty good overall, but one date was close??"
Everything showed up fine and the products were good. Most of the expiration dates had plenty of time left, which was nice?? There was just one item with a date that was coming up a bit soon, but overall I’m happy with the order.

I ordered one thing and got something completely different. Mistakes happen, but it just feels wrong to send out the wrong item and leave the customer dealing with it. Disappointing experience

"Refund was surprisingly painless"
I ended up having to return a supplement because I ordered the wrong one, which was totally on me. I emailed them expecting the usual slow, confusing back-and-forth, but they actually replied quickly with clear instructions, so that was a nice surprise.

I sent it back and the refund hit my account a few days later without me needing to chase anyone down. For a company selling supplements online, they handled it better than I expected, and I’d probably order from them again...

I ordered from Professional Supplement Center and the products themselves were totally fine, but the shipping experience was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, and my order ended up arriving several days later than the original estimate. I reached out for help, but the email replies felt kind of like a robot was answering instead of an actual person, which didn’t make things any less annoying. I don’t mind waiting a little, but I’d really appreciate clearer updates. I probably wouldn’t order from them if I needed something quickly.

Customer service got back to me after a couple of days. They were helpful once they replied, but I was hoping for a faster response, especially since I’m mindful of what I’m paying for.

"Autoship makes life easier, but it could be smoother"
I signed up for autoship because I’m the type of person who realizes I’m out of supplements only when the bottle is basically empty. When it works, it’s genuinely helpful. The next order just shows up, and I don’t have to think about it, which I do appreciate, especially for the stuff I take every morning.
That said, trying to change the ship date and skip one order was more of a hassle than I expected. I had to poke around through a few different screens, and even after I clicked save, I wasn’t totally sure it actually went through. It’s not terrible, but for something that’s supposed to be convenient, that part felt a little clunky.

"Tracking was confusing"
I ordered this a few days ago, and the weird part is the tracking info somehow made things more confusing instead of helpful. I kept having to check it myself because the updates weren’t clear, and there really wasn’t much communication. Not the best experience.

"Didn’t feel right to me"
I’m not saying for sure it was fake, but something about it just felt off. The bottle didn’t look like the one I normally buy, the seal seemed a little strange, and the product itself didn’t feel quite the same. Maybe I’m being overly cautious, but once I noticed those things, I couldn’t really trust it or feel comfortable using it.

"Usually has what I’m looking for"
I’ve ordered from Professional Supplement Center a few times now, mostly because they usually have the brands I actually use. Compared to some other sites, their stock seems a bit more reliable, which is a big “plus” for me.

There was one time an item I wanted was out, so it’s not perfect, but overall I’ve had a good experience. Shipping was normal and everything showed up as expected. I’d give them “4 stars” for sure.

"Pretty good prices overall"
The prices were decent, and I did end up saving a little on my order. Not sure they’re always the absolute lowest, but i was just glad it wasn’t one of those checkout moments where the total suddenly feels way higher than expected.
